About
Unefon is one of the most popular mobile phone companies with a prepaid scheme in Mexico. The brand has been characterized by offering internet and mobile phone packages at affordable costs for a large percentage of the Mexican population. However, in 2019 the company seeks to renew its image and communication to generate a better bond with its consumers.
The Mission
To solve this, the talented creative team at Netfan Company created 'Aventuras Recargadas', a mainstay of social media content based on pop culture, anime and film. Thus, a narrative full of emotion was created through a character (Unefon Smartphone) who fights boredom in a universe of incredible adventures, characters and stories.
We were commissioned to create the art direction, character design guides and much of the final materials (illustrations and animations) destined to live on the brand's social media channels.
The result was a great mind-blowing trip of color and irreverent characters ready to fight boredom.
