About
Yodl is a prototype messaging app that allows users to communicate with each other via voice/audio messages. Recording, sending audio messages to other users and automatic transcription are the main functions of the application.
The Mission
For this project, the client requested a minimalist design but with a fun touch and that the focus of the design was the record button.
A clean, intuitive and simple design proposal was worked on with a predominance of white space and green/blue accents. The letter 'Y' in the shape of a microphone was designed for the logo, which could be used as an identification symbol of the app.
The main screens were: Login, Chat Overview, Add Conversation, Conversation, and Transcript Log.
