About
AT&T Ayuda was born from the need to provide an informative channel to help customers and users to solve and explain a wide variety of issues such as: technical support, service operation and promotions, problem solving, and more.
The Mission
The main challenge of this great project was to create simple narratives through animated short stories that would resolve doubts and problems and become an important consultation and technical help option for customers and users.
To do this, we were commissioned to develop the visual identity, graphic illustration, and animation of various stories through a series of characters, settings, and graphic elements that gave life to a new and friendlier way of providing technical support and help to users on the company's social media channels.
